14-Day Refund Policy
Effective October 4, 2026.
Our 14-day refund policy
Moov is operated by MASTERPIECE Technologies Inc. You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase by emailing support@trymoov.app.
Purchase coverage
This voluntary policy covers the first subscription purchase or lifetime purchase. Subscription renewal charges are excluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
How to request a refund
Email support with the email used for your purchase, purchase date, and order or receipt reference if available. State that you are requesting a refund. Do not send your full card number, sign-in code or activation token. An explanation of a product problem can help support, but is not required. We may ask for information needed to identify and verify the transaction.
Make your request within 14 days of purchase; it need not be processed within that window. Refunds require review and payment-provider processing. Contact support for the status of your request.
Subscriptions and access
Requesting a refund and canceling future subscription renewals are separate actions. Use Manage billing in your Moov account to manage renewal, or contact support for help. A full refund ends the entitlement associated with that purchase; other valid paid entitlements remain independent. Online verification denies refunded access. A previously verified offline licence may remain usable while disconnected until it expires, at most seven days after verification and no later than the subscription expiry. Immediate offline revocation is not guaranteed.
Your statutory rights
This voluntary policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation or remedies for faulty or misdescribed products. Those rights may apply beyond 14 days. Contact support if you believe they apply to your purchase.
See the Terms for the purchase framework and the Privacy Policy for how purchase and support information is handled.
